A sixty minute Swedish Massage is the perfect introductory massage for anyone who has never before received a massage. It is also perfect for those who prefer a lighter touch.
Organic massage gel and/or coconut oil is used to help your Licensed Massage Therapist glide over your skin without tugging, to help you relax and destress.

Our sixty minute Japanese Lymphatic Massage helps to reduce inflammation and swelling, encourages all-over wellbeing, and helps your body to flush toxins. This is the perfect massage for healing the body.

Warm Bamboo Deep Pressure $115
If you have tense muscles, muscle adhesions, and want an alternative to deep tissue and hot stones, then our sixty minute Warm Bamboo massage is your answer to healing. Smooth bamboo sticks are warmed to help soften the muscles as the glide over the skin and deep into the muscle tissue and facia to help break up those muscle knots and release tension.

Sixty Minutes of Deep Pressure will de-stress, relieve pain from tight muscles and fascia, increase blood flow, and move lymph. This is the perfect modality for people who have chronically tight muscles due to stress or overworking.

Eastern Tabletop $105
This massage is a mix between a stretching session and a Thai massage. Sixty minutes of slow, body-appropriate stretching will soften & lengthen your muscles, which leads to greater flexibility and less tightness. Full clothed in loose fitting clothing, you will be stretched in such a way that pressure is relieved, tension is released, and you'll walk out feeling super relaxed and slightly energized. Your Licensed Massage Therapist utilizes hands, feet, elbows, and knees as you are stretched and massaged into full body wellness.
